breathe belly deep, exhale slow
let go. calm down. BE

Just to say thanks for this post, I love the connections you make, first I love to read about breathing, yoga etc........ next it reminded me of my love for words too, as you know I'm not really a sewer, but I used to make wire words so you have rekindled my past! Cheers. x

deep breathing.. I need more of this lately.. we hv so much to pack up and purge... hving another garage sale in 3 weeks.. and then we hv 4 weeks to pack it all up and get ready to drive to FL. U inspire me with all you are. xo love love love and hugs xo
