broken and weathered

dearest,
this speaks straight to my broken heart dear friend. truth be told this has been the most challenging six months of my life. i am only now beginning to return to the light. i am fragile and worn as the stones that support you. the weight on my heart has made each breath painful and every waking moment almost beyond my ability to navigate. your presence today and your well fitting haiku speak to me more than i can share. isn't it amazing to discover a loved one we know as a light giver overcome and lost in the darkness?

The ground is continually shifting and it is sometimes scary to realize that, but we have to carry on and jump to another stone when the one we stand on moves. Lovely photo and haiku too!

Too many days are like this, I'm afraid, but still we keep moving on, don't we?

This is where TRUST kicks in.
The powers that be have brought us here safely.
Thankful and trusting in that knowledge.
All shall be well.
