pensive
Since I am busier than a bee hive I decided to post some calming photos of mine for the Misty Journal project about "feelings" No time today to journal so I decided to gaze upon some past memories of a slower, simpler time in my life, not so long ago...not too far away, where I lived on a tiny magical Caribbean Island, Isla Mujeres, Mexico.....a place where un-beknown to me would alter me forever. For the better.
pen-sive 1. dreamily or wistfully thoughtful. 2. expressed or revealing thoughtfulness, usually marked by some sadness

OHHHHH< I can't tell you how wonderful your pictures make me feel. I wish i could wish myself there. How long did you live there and why did you leave? It would be hard to leave a place like that.
I lived there two years, got bored, sold mi casa, and bought a Bed & Breakfast here in Central Texas. WHAT WAS I THINKING? Musta been the greener grass thing. And YES, it has been a good choice. But I still long for those barefoot, sandy, drinking, sunning, easy days. Oh yea, I still do that in Texas, duh!
Your pictures are awesome! Such a nice thing to see on a cold icy day! Thanks for sharing those!
these photos are lovely to see... very pensive and beautiful.
how long did you live there? oh, i don't think i could ever leave... we visited barbados once years ago, i am still dreaming of going back...
Love your bed and breakfast but YOU are in Texas, where did I get Ca from???!!!My brother lives in Grapevine! I know why YOU are sad, thinking of Mexico! I was just telling my sister-in-law I would like to visit Mexico! I was in New Mexico back in 1983 and dream of going back there one day too!
Love your pictures - they kind of took my breath away when I opened your post as we are counting the days to Maui right now. I have NOT been counting for long as doing that is a precious waste of time and life for me. But now, it's just a week away and with many fun and "have to" things, this week is going to fly quickly. Again, thanks for the refreshing eye break:)
Such a bounty of Beauty..thank you for sharing your feelings , and the sights, so wish I had somewhere I could go like that...
Have you seen my journal page, using your beautiful "fire in the sky" photo...xx
