Why does this not surprise me? Why did I smile when I saw the title of today's post?

I must admit, I too have been guilty of this. It's just that old houses beckon you to come inside and see them.

What a neat shack... I love exploring places like that. You can't help but wonder about the people who lived there.

Lovely photos.

All the photos are great! But I prefer the black and white one. It is a little adventure to explore an old empty house.Isn't it? What has left from the people who used to live there? Sounds, smells, objects, broken windows, doors and walls which have lost their colors... Lives... persons... The house kept all that in some way , I think. Go on your adventures ,Deb, and keep on sharing with us. Much love.

These photos are beautiful, and I am so jealous! The only abandoned house I have been able to photograph was being demolished, so I couldn't actually go in. I love old houses...
