Sometimes it's so hard to lift that one foot!An Empty Song
Love this photo. Can even see the little specks in the eye!
I like your haiku… I find that even when sitting in stillness there is motion as the breath flows in and out… no motion would be death I suppose.
welcome back dear friend from your texas travels. i hope all is well in your world. sitting quietly beside you candles light. having just been gifted an extended weekend with my grown son i find myself all filled up with gratitude for just being in his presence. and i admit my mother's heart is tender in the freshness of saying goodbye all over again. prayers of safety for our sons, for all sons and all daughters everywhere.
Hello Deb ! ... Robin clued me into your blog .. I love the post with your brother : ) It is a wonderful gift to have family that truly loves and connects with you, you are blessed ! .. Yes .. stillness is a double edged sword. We need it to connect within ourselves yet we need to "move" in so many ways to re-ignite our selves in passion for life.Joy
It's the only way to go, baby ! And I love how you dance along the way.
