with a grateful heart
the flood of concern, offers to help, hot meals and plenty of hugs continue to comfort me and Matt. Right now we are still in a mode of trying to save as much of the structure as possible. The wood is almost 100 years old, so we hope to try and save as much as possible . I only have limited internet access as I go to my neighbors house and use hers. I am hugged every time I come visit my blog and read your wonderful messages. Words can't express my gratitude enough right now. Thank you.

Much Love,
Dawn
More and more hugs of comfort to you until you are through to the other side and then we can do celebratory hugs and dances instead.
Carry on with those big strong wings, lovel One !
I was just sick when I heard. I'm so sorry you have to go through this big bump. Love you!
one day at a time my friend...with many of us right there beside you.
when you are resettled...
we will all want your address so we can begin restocking your art supplies, books, clothes, fabric..
you'll see!

rebecca
Hang in there, Deb and Matt. You are in our thoughts and prayers here in Houston, too.
Call if you need help, to cry, to sigh, to get a hot meal.
Love,
Keira & Jeanne
How to survive:
1. have a blubbering, snot-blowing cry.
2. hug Matteo until it hurts (both of you).
3. make a detailed list.
4. think rationally.
5. keep good documentation.
6. envision the end.
7. remember my email address.
I really love your list Michelle it is so true. I will have to write that down :)
sending more energy your way!

and I stopped at 7 because...
7 is a lucky number.
and what is 10 (the normal number of lists)?
10 is not a dozen,
and not lucky 7.
So Deb, keep all batteries charged, (you and your camera) and document your lowest of lowest because the best of best will come.
Keep those posts coming, we're waiting to hear from you.
and do not let the grayness of your text
reflect
grayness of your heart.
Be calm and have power. Michelle's list is great. We all want to help. All the love and concern you are saying you have from us, is the love and concern and kindness and light, you have offered to each one of us and to all the world. Please, Deb, stand on your feet and think the end of all this badluck. It will come. A big hug, and all my love.
Deb~unfortunately i have gotten my deb fix in a while...and when i do...i find you and matt experiencing great sadness. being this far away from you...all i can offer up is prayers!! be strong.
love and hugs...
robin.
Oh my gosh Deb, I had no idea of the damage when our Spacecoast newsletter said you had a burst pipe. I was thinking a little water on the floor and some cleanup... Wow this is a major pain in the a.. BUT on the other hand, what do you think this MEANS??!! Things happen for a reason and they usually lead to something better dwon the road. Sorry you'll have to endure this journey - my thoughts and prayers are here for you and Matt as you go through "stuff". Love from Nancy in Merritt Island
Sending LOVE and sunshine your way..
Staci
