My son and his new wife are in Texas on leave for 2 weeks, as he will deploy at the end of this month. He is brave. She is strong. Both are beautiful and happy! Matt and I are also enjoying a few moments of R&R before we begin the next phase at Heritage Haus...but for now it is all play, no work.
I love the pictures and seeing you enjoy your family. Please thank him for his service and her for her support. My son is in IRaq and we miss him terribly but are supportive and proud. Praying you play hard together as family and hope one day to return to Heritage Haus.
Deb, I have gone back on your blog to the day you returned home from Florida to find a flooded home. I am so sorry I did not come sooner to give you what ever sentiments I had to offer. Untill this week, I have spent nearly everyday for the last 3 or more months with a friend who lost her husband in Oct and was told in Dec she has cancer. I see now that you are way ahead of the game of life with your courage and determination to rebuild and move on...Great. Hope your time with you son and DIL wiil be great days filled with lasting memories. I pray for him and his safe return home after his tour of duty. Enjoy your R&R and I will do better to keep up.
