truth is, I always wanted to be a Ballerina
I was better at climbing trees with skinned knees ...
pitching for the girls softball team,
springboard and platform diving.
I ran a horse fast
hit the tennis ball hard
and walked a Marathon in Maui.
I taught Jazzercise, Dancercise and Disco Dancing...
remember the "Bus Stop"?
I was the female version of John Travolta.
but the truth is, I always wanted to be a ballerina.

Oh, so that's why you have such gorgeous gams! I can see you doing all those things, and yes, absolutely, ballerina!
You make such a lovely dancer! I, too, have always wanted to be a ballerina.

I'm 69 and still ballet around my house, and I don't care who's looking. :)
You have a cute blog!
What a joy to find you here... dancing in so many ways... your picture just makes my heart sing...
Yes, you are one, Deb! And a beautiful, graceful one at that! Boy, are you in great shape! I'll have to think of something for the spring--I've been wanting to do aquatic exercise. Could I do it in our very small hot tub (to be filled soon!)? Or if I could just get my husband to dance the Hustle again! Remember that one? :) xxox
me too!
i took ballet at ages 6-8 then at 19-20 at tcu for p.e. credit!! (tejas connection!)
you have great form - YOU ARE A BALLERINA. least could fool me!!
Deb, I really enjoyed meeting you tonight. So proud that I remembered the name of your blog so that I could check it out when I got home! Its great! Beautiful photography. Do you ever sleep? I will definitely come see you at Arbor Antiques this fall. I'm very jealous of that vintage Airstream! Hope to talk to you again soon
You are awesome.
Love you, Ballerina Girl !
Those are some comfortable toe shoes!
And maybe you would have been - if it weren't for the pink TuTu! Recycled jeans - Funky shirts were more your style. So dance your heart out, in whatever attire you chose.
