In spite of the joy on my blog this morning, I am really feeling pretty crappy. But what I so love about my beautiful spirit is that I keep on trying, and looking for the light and joy in the midst of the extreme blahs... today, I sat in the window in the studio. It is cold out side - about 18 degrees but that sun was shining so bright and hot through the glass. I sat there, breathed, closed my eyes and soaked it in. For a few moments, I was on the beach in Mexico...you know that hot, perfect sun warmth and how it feels on your skin...Oh, heaven. I got myself some Vitamin D. And for that I am grateful. Love to you, Beautiful Sunny One.
