Wishcasting Wednesday

Don't grieve.
Anything you lose
comes round in another form
~ Rumi~

I am Wishcasting this day for my home to continue
it's healing process with the blood, sweat, and tears
cussing and fussing,worrying and aching...
all pieced and patched and rebuilt with L-O-V-E and our bloody hands...TOGETHER!

Hi Deb,

I'm wishing you a continued spirit of renewal, building your home of 'love' through your togetherness.

My own cottage was flooded three years ago, we lost furniture but the fabric of the house remained in tact. We had the drying machines in for what seemed like an eternity! We live our lives knowing it may happen all over again as we have a stream in the garden that is prone to flooding.

Like you we just pull together and start all over again with love.

Lovely photo-story.

LOve, love, love the idea of wishcasting and your photos put your story and wish together so well. not only have you taken the step to cast the wish, but went one step further to put it out there visually. you have created a beautiful little spot there. love to see it whenever i come thru town.

wishcasting....
love this.
as i love you and every step you take towards wholeness. recovery. healing.
oh to knit the past in mercy and grace with mercury speed.
oh to wake up skipping instead of rebuilding. to toss those heavy tools back in the shed of leisure
and wake up wondering...what shall i wishcast today???

Someday the hammers will fall silent, the glue will hold everything together, and you'll fill that lovely tub with bubbles and remember how you created what you wanted and that sometimes gifts come in the strangest wrappings.

So sorry that all of this happened to you. I am sorry that I have not been following it too. How courageous of you to have worked through it to the point where you are about to move in again.
