Wednesday Window

Wednesday came and went without me noticing it...I spent all day cooking and cleaning. So my self portrait will be some kitchen views and my favorite recipe for easy natural oven cleaner.!! Mix 5 tablespoons baking soda, 4 tablespoons vinegar, 3 drops Peppermint Castile Soap. Just wash your cool oven walls with this pasty mixture, use a scrubby if it is real gunky, like mine was! I also use this to clean my sinks and shower! No fumes and smells yummie! ( you can use your favorite dish or hand soap, I just prefer using "natural" when I can) I also love Mrs Meyers Clean Day products! If ya gotta clean, ya might as well enjoy the day!

Wednesday Window, Deb Doing It

my self portrait today is Show and Tell of a few things I have been creating. Tomorrow is First Thursday Artisan Event in Beaumont at Katharine & Co offering drinks, live music and chef's choice dinner! The Art Bra project is under wraps so to speak until the calendar is HOT OFF THE PRESS!! I shot 1000, yes, one thousand photos in the past 5 days. It has been warp speed. But now I am ready to relax and visit with my Beaumont Peeps for a couple days! and remember~WHEN YOU'RE IN TOO DEEP, SWIM WITH ALL YOUR HEART!~

Hello September

"Summers back is broken. Welcome September" ~ Howie Richey~ We have been celebrating sub-100 degree weather here in Central Texas for the past week. Oh yes, we all have a spring in our step enjoying the cooler temps of 97 degrees, and 72 degree breezy mornings cool enough to sip morning coffee on the porch and swat mosquitoes!
