friendship quilt of love

messages in thread
cloth greetings stitched together
sent across the miles
 patchwork of support
friends from highschool reunite
memories do not fade

for Paula, in loving memory of Lee

sometimes arriving late, as i continue behind the scenes with the one thousand details of pilgrims and catrinas, sometimes, the gift of your haiku is all the more cherish-able with the loving collection of comments that surround you.
resting here in the beauty of you.
