I walk the beach almost every single day.
It has become my daily ritual, simple pleasure. And every day, I seem to find a treasure...
or does it find me?
The simple sacred treasures of the Sea find me.
One day I was lying on the beach, Shavasana pose, at the waters edge, allowing the waves to wash over me. A seashell landed in my open palm.
I grabbed hold tight.
I listened to the Sea talk to me.
She comforted me.
She gifted me. She held me.
I hold her sacred everyday.
I make art with her gifts to honor her beauty.
