Loving Lupita: Twelve Days of Mary Love: Day 4

Some ask me with a puzzled look in their eye “Deb, what religion are you?”
They are confused by the images on my wall of Our Lady of Guadalupe placed next to the Ganesh and Prison Art Crucifix which is hung near the Holy Water ...

Interesting that you should post this issue today. Last night I watched a tv program..Drugs, Inc....and they were filming the drug cartel in Mexico. There was a man all hidden beneath his clothes, readying his military style gun, preparing to go out and kill someone for the cartel. As he was talking, I notice on the wall behind him a picture of the Virgin Mary. I dont really understand that, but I guess everyone has their own prayers to pray.

I liked your post. A lot.

Did you watch for the shuttle to go this morning...and be as disappointed as me? :(

They all represent positive energy of the spiritual kind. I'm of the mindset to embrace as much of that that I come across. Your shrine doesn't confuse me one bit! I love it!

True religion is the religion of the Soul, beyond the limitations of form. Honouring any one of the forms, is honouring All. namaste says it so beautifully
