Cooking class

I was a tag team with two other friends teaching a cooking class at Lenore's beautiful Outpost Inn. MaryLou prepared Ceviche, Lenore roasted poblano peppers, grilled chicken, rice & beans. I made the Tomatillo Sauce ( salsa verde), Cilantro Cream, fresh Squeezed Margaritas and my original Chocolate Chipotle Cake. Now that was a belly-full of fun!! Next class July 25 will be with an Asain flavor
