Scavenger Hunt Sunday |
~Against the light~
I was playing with the afternoon sun for self portrait silhouettes
from my back porch, thru the kitchen door.
It was a surprise to find the reflection from the front door on my backside!
Being surrounded by different light sources can be a delicious surprise!
~frame within a frame~
I was shooting this photo for 52 Photos Project "Out my Window"
and another surprise when I discovered myself in the rear-view window!
~best part of my day~
just about dawn, I arise alone, put on the water for coffee to press,
light Nag Champa and prayer candles
and move quietly and softly into my day...reading email, blogs and posting my own
~buttons~
my favorite article of clothing on a man or woman is faded 501's
nothing is sexier in my opinion than the worn, soft, baggy bulge
surrounding those famous silver buttons
~ink~
Trisha and Colby
Her ink is amazing, and everywhere!

Your pictures give every time a true insight into your life. I love against the light shot very much.
Your morning ritual sounds wonderful. I also love Nag Champa sticks. I recently built myself a new meditation/spiritual corner.
