I have been to "She is Three". Magnificent site. You are an inspiration to many. I honor your convictions.
Great Haiku today. The water, being the lifeblood of the Sacred Earth Mother, will cleanse as well as nourish our souls, no doubt.

Much Peace

I can't tell you how much my body and mind would love to be in that position! My life couldn't be busier.. Love your blogs.. I will live vicariously through until the day I too can reconnect with the sea...

I can feel your words and image move through my body... how long to do this... but since that is not possible today... you have inspired me to make my own ritual of stillness and listen... thank you Deb!

yes
grounded & rested by earth
but
eyes to the sky...

{{ i love this pose
myself
and when the sea*water
runs under my scalp,
when the waves move shallowly in,
i feel baptized
by mother nature,
don't' you? }}

don't forget
to dance
